Appointment Policy
Patients are seen by appointment. We recognize that sometimes urgent situations arise and we will make every effort to schedule you within 24 hours. Please don't hesitate to call us so we can help you. Please call 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a visit so that we may give that time to someone else. Prescription Policy Please keep a close accounting of your medications, including a list of what you are using and when refills will be needed. Please bring all of your medications, or an updated list, to each visit so that refills can be done then, thus avoiding phone messages, inaccurate prescription information, and potential harm to you. We require 2 business days to process refill requests. There will be no prescribing of narcotics or other controlled substances after-hours or on weekends. |
Financial Policy We are happy to discuss our professional fees with you, as a clear understanding of our financial policy is important to our professional relationship. We accept assignment of insurance benefits from most insurance organizations. You are responsible for the timely payment of deductibles, co-insurance, and/or co-payments When checking in for your appointment, please have your co-payment and your current insurance card. For more detailed insurance information, please refer to our "Insurance" tab.
